Shipping, returns, sizing and care — plainly written, in one place.
- Shipping
The collection is pre-launch. Pieces are made in small batches, and orders ship in the sequence in which interest was registered.
Registering your interest costs nothing and holds no payment — we simply write to you first when your piece is ready.
- Returns & exchanges
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, with the storybook and packaging.
Size exchanges are free within the UK — write to us and we'll arrange the swap before the piece is dispatched again.
- Sizing help
Every piece is cut for ages 4 to 10 with room to grow. Measurements are in centimetres on the size guide.
If your child sits between two sizes, write to us with their height and chest measurement and we'll advise.
- Care
Hand embroidery lasts if it's treated kindly: cool wash, inside out, dry flat away from direct sun.
